Hi, I’m Dr. Tee Carter. There’s a reason I’m called The Transition Architect.
It’s not just a brand—it’s a blueprint I lived through.
I didn’t wake up one day and decide to help people through change. I became this by surviving it… and then choosing to build something from it.
I’ve been through the kind of transitions that don’t come with roadmaps:
- Grieving the loss of a parent while still expected to show up strong.
- Ending a marriage that broke more than a household—it broke my identity.
- Facing medical challenges that forced me to slow down and re-evaluate everything.
- Walking away from roles, titles, and expectations that no longer aligned.
I know what it’s like to feel unrecognizable to yourself.
I know what it’s like to hold it together on the outside while quietly unraveling.
And I also know this:
You don’t have to stay in survival mode.
You don’t have to figure it out alone.
You can rebuild, not just recover.
That’s why I stepped fully into my role as Dr. Tee, The Transition Architect.
I guide people through the in-between spaces—the uncertain, unspoken, undone moments—and help them build a life they recognize again.
Not by chance.
Not by pressure.
But by design.
Because transitions begin with T… and so do tenacity, truth, trust, and transformation.
This is the work I was born to do. And if you’re ready to build what’s next—I’m here. You’ve read my story—now I want to hear yours.
If you’re in the middle of a life shift and need support, guidance, or just a place to start:
